As Emmanuel Stapf confirmed, there is no current version of Eiffel for OS X, which means that it has to be compiled either with the help of a hacked 5.6 version or we can try to compile the C code from linux on OS X once we have that since then no eiffel compiler is needed. - Daniel Furrer
