Revision as of 13:16, 12 October 2012 by Manus (Talk | contribs) (Talk:Installing Microsoft C compiler moved to Talk:Installing Microsoft C compiler (Visual Studio 2010 and older, or Windows SDK 7.1 and older): Visual Studio 2012 and Windows SDK 8.0 are now different.)
Trying to follow instructions -- but with no luck.
I have opened a cmd window, and then run line below, to set up environment variables: cmd.exe /V:ON /E:ON./K "c:\Program Files\Microsoft SDKs\Windows\v6.0\bin\setenv.cmd" /Release
I then run eiffel studio installer: .\download\Eiffel61_gpl_71477-windows.msi
After selecting instalation directory, I get: "Missing Microsoft C/C++ Compiler" Note: I am no longer being asked which compiler I wish to use.
