Setting `Auto' to `1' and `Debugger' to an empty string still does not help, as the following error dialog is shown under Windows 2000: 

The exception unknown software exception (0x40000015) occurred in the application at location ...
Click OK to terminate the program

For example, this happens for test#exec021.
