EPI stands for Eiffel Project Idea. It is the nomenclature we are using to describe various projects that one could decide to tackle for contributing to EiffelStudio. Currently there are the following subcategories:

  • BU = Builds: building of EiffelStudio on various platforms.
  • CO = Compiler: improving/adding feature to the compiler
  • LI = Libraries: improving/adding libraries
  • ES = EiffelStudio: improving/adding new features to EiffelStudio
  • TE = Testing: related to the various kind of testing one can do using EiffelStudio
  • TO = Tools: additional tools used by EiffelStudio or users to improve the development cycles
