I'm kind of wondering if it wouldn't make more sense to go at it the other way araound. Provide a web based access to examples first (could be a simple webpage) and create a client to access examples later as this would allow to have more up to date examples, access examples without any installation (e.g. I want to show a friend that does not yet program eiffel, how easy it would be to do something in eiffel) and keep the whole thing more dynamic.

 I would actually like this up and running first. We have to find the resources for developing the tool, site and specification. It was my initial thought that a client tool would be much faster to implement and still is. The web site comes with a lot of administrative tasks. I'll open this up for discussion. I'm expecting the community is going to be in agreement with the web first client later. If this is the case then our milestones will be rearranged to accommodate.
 So I ask, what would you like to see in M1?
